AMY “LITA” DUMAS

Mostly known for her tenure with World Wrestling Entertainment as the daredevil “Lita”, Amy was one of the most popular Superstars of the “Attitude Era”. She was a mainstay on TV broadcasts and pay-per-view events for seven years and was one of the most consistently in-demand women in the company. Her popularity resulted in many crossover appearances such as Dark Angel, The Weakest Link and other shows. For all her accomplishments, Amy was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014.

Outside the ring, Amy has kept a passion for music. As a teenager, Amy was in several bands and later on become the singer for The Lucagors, a punk band most easily described as Joan Jett meets The Ramones. With her ever-present DIY spirit in hand, she put out the self titled Luchagors album produced by friend and Skid Row bassist, Rachel Bolan, on her own label. In support of this album, the Luchagors toured extensively through the US, Mexico, Europe, and the UK.  Amy also hosted her own Sunday night radio show, Discordia, on sfmtv.com as well as the long time show, PunkRockalypse on WKLS Atlanta.

Amy’s autobiography, A Less Traveled ROAD: The Reality of Amy Dumas was released in 2003 and was a New York Times best seller. She has also appeared on the pages of Rebel Ink magazine, showing off her tattoos and in Rolling Stones magazine.
